Western have partnered with all the major tobacco distributers to integrate automated cigarette vending from the point of sale screen.

Cigarette vending through the tills allows you to keep an accurate track of stock, prices, and channels. All tobacco-related actions must be performed by over 18s, with automatic restrictions and clear display messages. As underaged cashiers are forbidden to sell tobacco products, the system records the cashier's date of birth to  keep your store within the law.

The warning message is always displayed when dispensing cigarettes to remind the cashier to only sell to over 18s.

Each stocked brand is displayed on-screen with the traditional  packet design so the cashier can easily determine the brand and type of cigarette, helping with accurate stock control.
